What is a mailbox?

It is your own address at our warehouses abroad. You shop online, the store ships to that address with your mailbox number and we bring it to Paraguay.

Which countries can I buy from?

From the United States (Miami), China (Shenzhen) and Spain (Madrid), by air or sea.

How much does shipping cost?

It is charged per kilo, depending on the origin, the shipping mode and your agency. Sign in to the portal to see your rate.

I don't have a credit card, can I still buy?

Yes. Choose what you want and we make the purchase for you.

How do I track my package?

The portal shows every package: when it reaches our warehouse, when it travels and when it is ready in Paraguay. You can also pre-alert your purchases.

Where do I pick up my packages?

At your agency, or ask for home delivery: it is free within Greater Asunción.

I was already a ONE BOX customer, do I have to sign up again?

No. Your mailbox stays the same. Open the portal, tap “Activate my account”, enter your mailbox number and your ID document, and we email a link to the address we have on file so you can set your password.
